I have experience in working with clients who are neurodivergent. You might have a diagnosis of ADHD, autism or OCD or you might be wondering if these are relevant to you. As a therapist, I do not diagnose any condition, but I am well versed in supporting you through these experiences. No two clients are the same and so I am most interested in what your experience is like and how you shape your world. We will work together to build a shared understanding between us so we can work together in a way which fits with this. My priority isn’t in changing the way you think and behave, but in offering you a space to behave in a way which feels authentic and safe for you. By building that relationship and working from a shared understanding, we can then explore things like your identity, masking, anxiety, and managing relationships.
