R Starkings Therapy

Welcome to Rachel Starkings therapy, a practice based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. Along with seeing clients locally, I also work remotely nationwide.

You may have found this page because you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious or depressed. Perhaps you’re in the middle of a cancer diagnosis or a bereavement. Whatever the reason may be, I offer a supportive and safe space for all my clients to talk about what’s going on. We will work together to understand what’s beneath the surface. With a better awareness of yourself, you can make changes in the direction you want to go.

I am a registered member of the BACP, a governing body for counselling professionals. I am also a member of the British Psychological Society and a trustee & executive of the British Psychosocial Oncology Society.
